A commercial fence has a different job than a backyard fence. It has to control access, protect equipment and people, and meet the rules that apply to the property.
Perimeter security
Business, warehouse and industrial properties usually need a continuous perimeter in steel, ornamental iron or chain link, at a height and strength matched to what is being protected.
Access gates
Vehicle gates and pedestrian gates need to match how trucks, employees and visitors actually use the site. Planning gate width, swing or slide direction and clearance early avoids expensive changes later. If you need keypads, card readers or automatic operators, say so up front so the gate posts can be planned for them.
Codes, HOAs and permits
Commercial fencing often falls under stricter city requirements than residential work, such as height limits, visibility at driveways and fire access. HOAs and property managers may add design rules of their own. Bring any requirements you have when you ask for a quote.
